Update
For your
information: This applies both to
H.Q. Hotels & Non H.Q. Hotels
The Oasis
Housing Committee is not allowed
to assign rooms in the following hotels:

The Westin Charlotte
-
Hilton
Charlotte
Center
City
-
Omni Hotel
All of these are
headquarter hotels and they can only
be assigned by imperial.
If your
Shrine
Center
wants to book 0-15 rooms for 2012 you
must go through the Imperial Housing Office in
Tampa.
The process for housing in the headquarters hotels will
begin with the Imperial Session in
Denver,
where, if you choose, you may stop by the headquarters office and speak with
Christine Harrison. She will note
your anticipated needs for 2012.
Please note: the actual process for
reserving rooms in any of the
headquarters hotels will not begin until after all of the
Temple
election returns have been received in
Tampa.
After the election results have been received, a mailing will be sent
automatically to all the
Temple’s
elected representatives. If you
have any questions regarding the
headquarters hotel reservation process, please contact Christine Harrison in
Tampa
at 813-281-0300 ext. 3066.
If your
Shrine
Center
wants 16 or more rooms, you
will go through the Oasis Housing Committee.
The Oasis Housing Committee
has already begun the reservation process.

It is suggested you start
NOW.
Note:
As soon as you know your hotel assignment, you need to confirm your assignment
and make your own arrangements for hospitality rooms and other needs directly
with the hotel. In the past Shrine
Centers have waited to arrive at the convention city before asking for extra
considerations. This will not work in
Charlotte. Hospitality rooms & etc. as well as other special
considerations are based on a first come/first served basis.
Be sure to do this as early as possible.

If we do not have your email address please go to our website,

complete the contact information form and
mail it to us as soon as
possible, otherwise your
Shrine
Center
