Subject: Imperial Session 2012 Parade Entry
Deadline
Shrine Center Potentate, Recorder, or Parade Marshall,
The Imperial Session 2012 Parade entry deadline was April 30, 2012. We
are finalizing the parade line-up and need your Shrine Center entries.
If your Shrine Center would still like to participate, please submit the
"Parade
Application" along with your Shrine Center certificate of insurance
to
Parade@Imperial2012.com. Also, if your Shrine Center will
have Horse, Motorcycle, Clown, or Pipe Band entries, please advise as
these Units will parade in mass.
The Parade Marshal’s meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, July 1 from
10 AM–12 PM. The Convention Center will host this meeting in room 213D.
Your Shrine Center parade representative is requested to attend for
parade review.
Unit parking, for the Imperial Session, has been secured. The address is
5800 Concord Parkway South, Concord, NC 28027 and can be viewed and
printed clicking "Secure Unit Parking" .

The Parade Marshals meeting will be on
Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the Convention Center in room 213D from 10 AM
-12 PM. A representative from your Shrine Center must attend this
meeting for parade review.

4, 2012 at 2:30 PM in Charlotte, NC.
